Overview

Jie Wanjia LLC’s refund and return policy lasts 25 days—a timeframe that lets you inspect cleaning products (tools, cleaners, kits) while we maintain hygiene and resellable standards. If 25 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your cleaning product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Examples include:
  • Unopened cleaning tools (mops, brooms, sponges) with all tags and protective covers intact.
  • Sealed cleaners (dish soap, floor wax, degreasing sprays) with no leaks, tampering, or missing caps.
  • Unused furniture care items (leather conditioners, stainless steel cleaners) that retain original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used cleaning products (e.g., half-empty glass cleaner, a used mop head) due to hygiene and safety risks.
  • Gift cards for jiewanjia.pro purchases.
  • Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page, e.g., discounted cleaning kits).
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, packing slip). Do not send products back to the manufacturer—all returns must go to our Jie Wanjia LLC address.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are granted only in specific scenarios related to cleaning product condition:
  1. Products with obvious signs of use (e.g., a soiled microfiber cloth, a cleaner bottle with reduced volume).
  2. Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (e.g., a broom missing bristles, a cleaner kit missing a sponge) for reasons not due to our shipping error.
  3. Items returned more than 25 days after delivery.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned cleaning product at our facility, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt.
  2. We’ll then notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected (e.g., rejected if the item is used or outside the 25-day window).
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or digital wallet).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:
  1. First, check your bank account or payment app—many financial institutions take 3–5 extra days to post refunds.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank to ask about pending transactions (refunds often show as “pending” before being fully posted).
  3. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, email us at clean@JieWanjia.pro with your order number, refund request date, and a screenshot of your payment statement (if available).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced cleaning products may be refunded. Sale items (e.g., discounted floor cleaners, clearance mop bundles, or limited-time kitchen cleaning kits marked “Final Sale”) cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

We only replace cleaning products if they are defective or damaged (e.g., a broken mop handle, a leaky cleaner bottle, a sponge with torn fabric) and the issue is not due to user error. To request an exchange for the same item:
  1. Email clean@JieWanjia.pro with your order number, clear photos of the defective/damaged part, and a brief description of the issue (e.g., “Floor wax bottle arrived cracked”).

Gifts

  • If the cleaning product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a jiewanjia.pro gift credit for the item’s value once we process the return. A digital gift certificate will be emailed to you within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first (to hand-deliver later), we’ll send the refund to the gift giver’s original payment method. The gift giver will be notified of the return via email.

Shipping Returns

To return your cleaning product:
  1. Mail the item to our return address (listed above in the “Exchanges” section).
  2. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable—if your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  3. For high-value items (e.g., premium cleaning kits, durable mops), we recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS Priority Mail with tracking) or purchasing shipping insurance. Jie Wanjia LLC cannot guarantee we will receive items sent without tracking.
